Liability Insuring Agreements

  • Information Risk Liability applies to damages and defense expenses due to information loss or a network security incident. A network security incident includes the inability of an authorized person to access an insured’s network, including a denial of service attack or access or use by an unauthorized person or transmission of a virus or malware by the insured or a service provider.
  • Communication Liability applies to damages and defense expenses due to a communication incident. A communication incident includes access and content activities for an insured that conducts business, hosts, owns or exercises control over an electronic chat room, bulletin board, or similar interactive site on which others may post content. 

First Party Insuring Agreements

  • Breach Consultation Services because of an information risk incident
